个人简介

陈运娇,副教授,硕士生导师,华南农业大学与美国新泽西罗格斯州立大学联合培养博士。2011.09-2014.06在美国新泽西罗格斯州立大学从事研究工作。主要研究方向:天然产物中功能性成分的提纯分离鉴定、利用纳米包埋技术提高物质的生物利用率,以及利用模式动物线虫评价物质抗氧化、抗衰老活性及其作用机制。

主持1项国家级项目、3项省级项目和2项横向项目,参与10多项国家自然科学基金、国家林业公益性行业科研专项、广东省科技厅对外合作及其它项目。发表论文40多篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry Top一区封面论文2)、Food & FunctionTop一区)和Journal of Functional Foods(二区)等期刊上发表10多篇SCI论文。
