个人简介

王洁,女,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,主要从事微生物代谢、微生物基因功能分析及遗传改造、食品功能成分的健康功效及生物转化、食品微生物资源与利用相关研究近五年主持及参与多项省部级以上科研项目,Environmental Microbiology Applied Microbiology and BiotechnologyFungal Genetics and BiologyEuropean Journal of Pharmacology等期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文余篇申请国家发明专利3项。

研究方向

  1. 微生物代谢,包括活性成分的分离鉴定及其生物合成、食品功能成分如多酚黄酮的生物转化及毒性成分如真菌毒素的减毒等;
