个人简介 | 柳春红,医学博士,教授,博士生导师,农业农村部农产品贮藏保鲜质量安全风险评估实验室(广州)副主任兼技术负责人,广东省营养学会第六届理事会常务理事,广东省营养学会公共营养分会常务委员、全国普通高等学校本科教育教学评估专家,校级教学名师。曾在武汉市疾病预防控制中心工作,是武汉地区卫生系统第一批百名学科带头人培养对象、慢性病预防控制重点学科骨干成员,武汉市十届政协委员。期间,主要从事青少年营养及健康促进研究工作、食品卫生监督管理工作。1998年、2004年两次去美国南加洲大学接受营养专业及多元统计技术培训。进入华南农业大学以后,主要从事营养及食品安全领域的研究及教学工作,主持各类科研项目20余项,发表学术论文140余篇,主编《食品营养与卫生学》、《食品卫生学》、《食品营养学》等教材9部,副主编《食品毒理学》、《食品安全导论》等教材9部。 | |||
