个人简介

王群,女,博士,首聘副教授,硕士生导师。20239月以突出人才层次引进入华南农业大学食品学院工作。主要研究领域:食品功能因子挖掘、活性及活性增效机制研究。近三年以第一作者或通讯作者在Critical   Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition (IF>10), Journal of Agricultural and   Food Chemistry(封面文章2篇),Food&FunctionInternational   Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国际期刊发表SCI论文11篇。主持广东省区域联合基金-青年基金项目、华南农业大学高层次人才引进项目各1项,主参与国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金面上项目共5项。

研究方向

1)食品功能因子挖掘、活性及活性增效机制研究;

2)食品精深加工及副产物高值化利用研究;

3)功能性预制菜产品设计及产业化研究。
