个人简介

朱大伟，男，博士，中共党员，副研究员。主要从事稻谷产后处理关键技术和稻米品质评价研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发项目子课题、浙江省农业重大技术协同推广项目子课题、农业行业标准制定项目多项。迄今在Food Hydrocolloids，Carbohydrate Polymers，Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 中国农业科学等国内外知名期刊发表论文多篇。参与制修订行业标准3项，授权发明专利1项。
