敖日其冷,博士,教授博士/硕士生导师。20236月毕业于华南农业大学,20262月入职华南农业大学食品学院。本人长期从事食品安全相关传感器的研究和相关分析方法的建立,适用于食品安全、以及食品和各类指标监测的食品传感器,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、博士后特备资助等项目。Advanced Functional Materials, Analytical Chemistry,Chemical Engineering Journal, Biosensors & Bioelectronics, Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical期刊以一作或通讯作者发表论文26
