温林凤,女,博士/博士后,硕士研究生导师,首聘副教授,华南农业大学优秀青年人才日本东京大学访问学者主要研究领域为食品生物化学和合成生物学近年来,主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(C类)、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等国家级和省级项目3项;发表中英文论文30授权发明专利 2 项,获广东省食品行业协会科学技术奖一等奖1

2. 功能成分的分离精制、结构鉴定、功能评价及开发

3. 微生物次生代谢产物的生物合成研究
